Winter Pool Sessions

All abilities from beginners to advanced

Service Description

Regular pool sessions to work on technique and help maintain fitness levels through the winter. There will be 2 lanes, beginners/improvers and improvers/advanced with a maximum of 6 swimmers in each lane. Each lane will have 25 minutes focused time with our head coach and 25 mins of drills/practice with our assistant coach. This won't be a conventional pool drill session, although there may be some, but a fun informative hour to boost your skills and lead to more efficient, more streamlined and ultimately faster swimming in the sea. There will be 7 sessions from November to March. There is also an option to just lane swim for the hour in a separate lane. **Discount on pre booking all 7 sessions
