Service Description

This is a weekend of swimming aimed at those wanting to train for an English Channel crossing, either solo or relay. Experts on hand to give advice on nutrition, training, sleep, mental health and maintaining a good family/friend balance while training. Key tips on building the mental resilience to complete your challenge and face any fears that may be plaguing you. Highlights: Expert swim coaching and advice from coaches who have done marathon & endurance swims themselves. Stunning locations to swim in. Weymouth and/or Studland Bays Relaxed atmosphere for you to get the most out of YOUR training. Professional guides, lifeguards & coaches supporting you every step of the way. A guide to the distances we will cover is: Day 1, two x 3-5km in the day and Day 2 a longer swim of 5-7km. These distances are just a guide, wherever we swim, there will be get out points and safety cover to help you. If you need to stop and rest, you can. This is your swim and we want to help you achieve your goals in a relaxed and achievable way.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a swim retreat or swim camp place up to 8 weeks before the holiday you will be refunded minus £25 admin fee. If you cancel after this time you will only be refunded IF we can fill your place. We will always endeavour to fill your place in case of a cancellation, but it cannot be guaranteed, so please bear this in mind when booking. We reserve the right to cancel any holiday or swim if numbers are not sufficient. You will be offered a full refund minus £20 admin fee, or transfer to another swim.
