Swimmers Strength & Stretch Session
Service Description
An introduction to strength training, targeting swim specific muscles that will help to build strength and improve your swimming. A stretch session that you can implement into your weekly routine to encourage flexibility which will help to improve your swimming technique and reduce the risk of injury. A copy of the exercises will be provided so you can practice at home. Bodyweight exercises are going to be the core element, however dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands will be available to use if you are used to using them. This is a one off class, however we will run more if the interest is there. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and any weights you usually use at home for upper body work,
