Celebrate the Winter Solstice with a sunrise sauna at Swanage. We will be running a quiet & relaxed sauna experience at this fabulous sauna. This is the rolls Royce of beach saunas, it was hand-crafted in Wales from sustainable wood, with ceiling height windows overlooking the bay and offering unrivalled views of the sunrise over the sea. Come and swim, dip, warm up again and then repeat! Perfect way to enjoy the benefits of contrast therapy and have some time out during an often very busy month. When everyone has finished there will be healthy snack and herbal tea to compliment the benefits of the sauna along with a chnace to chat and catch up.
